Cancel order before delivery

Please call us or email [email protected]. If your order has not been shipped, you will not be charged.

Returns

Within 30 days of delivery, you can receive a merchandise credit on your eGift Card or a full refund. We will no longer accept returns after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We take extra security measures to protect everyone, so it may take us a little longer than usual (25–30 days) to process your refund. We are grateful for your patience during this time.

Return conditions

  • Returned items must comply with our policies.
  • From the date of receipt of goods (indicated on the invoice) to the time of requesting exchange or return of goods, no more than 30 days
  • The product must be intact, unused, with original labels and packaging intact.
  • You must have valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or purchase receipt.
  • You may also be asked to provide proof of defective items before returning them, such as sending photos via email.
  • In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange or return the goods belongs to heidenreich.store

Important Information

Original shipping costs are not included in the cost of returning an item.

Refund policy

Refund time

Please inspect your product upon receipt and notify us of any defects, missing or misdelivered products. You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. If the deadline is exceeded, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange the product.

Refund method

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their compliance with the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive a notification when your money is refunded.

Please note the following points:

If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If the return arises due to our oversight (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is received. Official posting.

Next, contact your bank as sometimes it takes some processing time before the refund is sent.

Change or cancel orders

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Return requests are accepted within 24 hours only.
